Home Watch
Our Home Watch service provides scheduled visits to your property while you're away.
During each visit, we conduct a visual check of the home for readily apparent concerns, document the visit, and provide you with an update and photos. If something doesn't look right, you'll know about it so you can decide what needs to happen next.
Plans are available for homeowners who need anything from occasional check-ins to regular weekly visits.

Realtor & Vacant Property Checks
Vacant listings need attention too.
We offer streamlined property checks specifically for real estate professionals who want someone local to periodically put eyes on a vacant home. These shorter visits are designed to identify obvious concerns and provide a simple update without the scope of our full Home Watch service.

Concierge Services
Sometimes you don't need a property inspection. You just need someone you trust to be there.
Our concierge services can help with many of the small but important things that are difficult to handle when you're out of town—from providing access for a contractor or delivery to checking on something at the house when plans change.
